Q: Are we allowed to serve alcohol?
A: Yes. However, alcohol service must be provided through Platinum Event Services or one of our approved catering companies. These providers carry the required liquor liability insurance and employ licensed bartenders who must be the ones serving all alcoholic beverages.

A: 125 guests seated with tables and chairs.

A: The ballroom is the perfect blank canopy to be creative and can be setup in several different ways.

A: No. The catering kitchen offers its own entrance, an industrial sink, refrigerator, freezer, and prep area.

A: All of Main Street is Public Parking. There are several parking spots available up and down Main Street.

A: At this time,Willow Creek Mansion only offers indoor chairs.

A: For events, we offer access to the ballroom, multi-use restrooms, outdoor grounds, and catering kitchen. The mansion itself is reserved exclusively for our wedding packages.

A: Yes. Our Client(s) will receive an email from us with WIFI information before their scheduled event.

Q: What's included in the event rental fee?
A: Your rental includes access to the ballroom, outdoor grounds, restrooms, and prep kitchen space. We provide tables and fruitwood Chiavari chairs to accommodate up to 125 guests, as well as the setup of all tables and chairs.

A: A professional JBL speaker and hand held microphone is included in Full Wedding packages and is available to rent for an additional fee to all other events or weddings.

A: The only real way to secure a date is with a signed contract and a 50% retainer fee.
