Q: Are we allowed to serve alcohol?

A: Yes. BUT you must use Tulsa Platinum Staffing. They have the proper  liquor liability insurance and licensed bar tenders that must be the ones serving the beverages.

Q: How many people can the ballroom sit?

A:  150 guests seated with tables and chairs. 

Q: Where do my guests park?

A:  All of Main Street is Public Parking. Their are several parking spots available up and down Main Street.

Q: Is there a sounds system?

A:  We offer a small wireless bluetooth compatible portable speaker that comes with a microphone. 

Q:  What is offered in the wedding packages?

A:  The weekend wedding packages include, 10 hours for setup and event.  bridal Suite with lounge and makeup area for bride & bridesmaids, as well as groom chambers and cigar lounge for groom & groomsmen to relax. Fruitwood Chiavari chairs, tables and white linens.

Q:  Do you offer a place for for us or our guests to stay?

A:  YES! We offer a two bedroom, one bath, full kitchen with two separate living rooms. Click Here for more details.    

Q:  How much are events?

A:  Each event is unique, so you will need to email or call us for an estimate.

Q:  What's included in the events cost?

A:  Tables and fruitwood Chiavari chairs. 

Q:  How do I secure a date?

A:  The only real way to secure the date you'd like is to pay the 50% deposit along with a signed contract to protect both Willow Creek Mansion and yourself.

Q:  What kind of payments do you take?

A:  All major credit cards, checks payable to Willow Creek Mansion and cash.

Q:  Are their hidden fees?

A:  No. A $150 cleaning fee is applied to all events (including weddings) with forty or more guests and anything over 120 guests is a $200 cleaning fee along with a $250 refundable damage deposit.  More info

Q:  Do you have Wifi?

A:  Yes.  When booking at Willow Creek Mansion the Wifi password is given to our clients when asked.

Q:  Do you have a stove?

A:  No. The catering kitchen offers it's own entrance a industrial sink, refrigerator, freezer and prep area.

Q: Can we use the mansion for our event?

A:  We offer the ballroom, multi use restrooms and catering kitchen for all events. The mansion is saved and used for our wedding packages only.

Q: Is there a certain way the ballroom has to be configured?

A:  The ballroom is the perfect blank canopy to be creative and can be setup  in several different ways.

Q: Do you offer outdoor chairs?

A: Willow Creek Mansion only offers indoor banquet chairs. 

Q:  Do you offer linens for events?

A:  Yes. BUT linens are an additional cost for events only and limited.  

Q:  Are we allowed to use our own catering service?

A:  Yes. We are a open vendor policy.
