Willow Creek Mansion requires a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable retainer fee, which is due upon booking to hold the desired date for your event or wedding with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to weddings, ninety (60) days for Micro Weddings and Elopements and thirty (30) days prior to events. Willow Creek Mansion accepts cash, checks (payable to Willow Creek Mansion) and all major credit cards. Willow Creek Mansion does NOT charge a credit card fee.

Cleaning Fee - An additional three hundred and twenty five dollar ($325) cleaning fee is applied for ALL weddings.

Damage Deposit - WCM requires a five hundred dollar ($500) "refundable damage deposit". This payment must be made no later than 2 weeks before your wedding. This payment may be returned to the CLIENT(s), up to three (3) to four (4) weeks after the event has been held and once the property has been inspected for any potential damage or other potential charges from the wedding per WCM contract.

​Extra options: Additional walk throughs/tours are $50 per visit. Detailed meeting with a WCM staff is $75. This is for both weddings and events.

"Day-of" Coordinator- Willow Creek Mansion offers a "Day-of" Coordinator as an additional option for all our couples. Please talk to our staff about availability, pricing and for more information. *Pricing will depend on the Wedding Package.

Events

Event Cleaning Fee - An additional one-hundred and fifty dollar ($150) cleaning fee is applied for ALL events.

 

Damage Deposit - WCM requires a two hundred dollar ($200) to four hundred dollar ($400) refundable damage deposit.  Pricing will vary depending on the type of event. This payment must be paid no later than 2 weeks before your event. This payment may be returned to the CLIENT(s), up to three (3) to four (4) weeks after the event has been held and once the property has been inspected for any potential damage or other potential charges from the event per WCM contract.

Security

Willow Creek Mansion requires a Security Officer to be present if any weddings or events decide to serve any type of alcohol. This fee is an additional cost to the CLIENT(s) and is scheduled and billed through Willow Creek Mansion. The Security Officer must be present from the time the bar opens, until everyone is off the property, no later than 11pm (when doors lock and everyone is off property).
