Payments & Deposits 

Willow Creek Mansion requires a 50 percent non-refundable security deposit, which is due upon booking to hold the desired date for your event. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to your event. Their is a $200 cleaning fee for ALL wedding events and a $100 cleaning fee for all events.  A two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) refundable damage deposit will be returnable to the  CLIENT (s)  up to two weeks after the event has been held once the property has been inspected for any potential damage from the event or wedding.

Willow Creek Mansion accepts cash, checks (payable to Willow Creek Mansion) and all major credit cards.   

We welcome non-profit organizations, law enforcement officers, firefighters and military families.  Please inquire for a price discount.

*Please note: A holiday fee of 20 percent will be applied for all events booked on major holidays. No exceptions.  

Willow Creek Mansion reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
