Fees
Willow Creek Mansion requires a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable retainer to secure your desired event or wedding date. The retainer is due at the time of booking along with a signed contract.
The remaining balance is due as follows: one hundred twenty (120) days prior to weddings, sixty (60) days prior to Micro Weddings and Elopements, and thirty (30) days prior to other events.
We accept cash, checks (payable to Willow Creek Mansion), and all major credit cards. Willow Creek Mansion does not charge a credit card processing fee.

Packages
All Wedding Packages are required to pay the following:
Cleaning Fee
An additional three hundred fifty dollar ($350) cleaning fee applies to all full Weekday and full Weekend Wedding Packages.
A three hundred dollar ($300) cleaning fee applies to all Micro Wedding and Elopement Packages.
Damage Deposit
Willow Creek Mansion (WCM) requires a five hundred dollar ($500) refundable damage deposit. This deposit is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to your wedding date.
The deposit may be returned to the Client(s) within three (3) to four (4) weeks following the event, after the property has been inspected for any damages or additional charges in accordance with the WCM contract.
Security Officer
Willow Creek Mansion requires a Security Officer to be present at any weddings where alcohol is served. This service is an additional cost to the Client(s) and will be scheduled and billed directly through Willow Creek Mansion.
The Security Officer must be present from the time the bar opens until all guests have departed and the property is cleared, no later than 11:00 PM, when the doors are locked.

Events
All Events, including the Reception only, are required to pay the following:
Cleaning Fee

Willow Creek Mansion (WCM) requires a two hundred dollar ($200) to a four hundred dollar ($400) refundable damage deposit. This deposit is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to your event date.

Additional Information
We proudly welcome non-profit organizations, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and military families. Please inquire for information regarding available discounts.
Please note: A 20% holiday fee will be applied to all events booked on major holidays. No exceptions.
