Payments, Deposits & Fees
Willow Creek Mansion requires a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit, which is due upon booking to hold the desired date for your event or wedding with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to weddings and thirty (30) days prior to events. Willow Creek Mansion accepts cash, checks (payable to Willow Creek Mansion) and all major credit cards.
Extra options: Additional walk throughs/tours are $50 per visit. Detailed meeting with a WCM staff is $75.
Wedding, Weekday Weddings & Micro Weddings
Cleaning Fee - An additional two-hundred and seventy-five ($275) cleaning fee is applied for ALL weddings.
Damage Deposit - WCM requires a five hundred dollar ($500) "refundable damage deposit". This payment must be made no later than 2 weeks before your wedding. This payment may be returned to the CLIENT(s), up to three (3) weeks after the event has been held once the property has been inspected for any potential damage or other potential charges from the event or wedding per WCM contract.
Events & Elopements
Event Cleaning Fee - An additional one-hundred and twenty-five dollar ($125) cleaning fee for ALL events.
Damage Deposit - WCM requires a four hundred dollar ($400) refundable damage deposit. This payment must be paid no later than 1 week before your event. This payment may be returned to the CLIENT(s), up to three (3) weeks after the event has been held once the property has been inspected for any potential damage or other potential charges from the event or wedding per WCM contract.
We welcome non-profit organizations, law enforcement officers, firefighters and military families. Please inquire for a price discount.
*Please note: A holiday fee of 20 percent will be applied for all events booked on major holidays. No exceptions.
