MAKE IT A MEMORABLE EVENT

$125 per hour

Willow Creek Mansion requires a (4) hour minimum for all events with the option to purchase additional hours by the hour. This time should include any additional setup/decorating you would like done to the space as well as teardown/cleanup of your personal items.  

Available Monday - Thursday. Any events that wish to be scheduled on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday can only be booked 3 months in advance. 

INCLUDED

 Included with all events:

  • 10 - 60" Round Tables (seats 8-10 guests)

  • 12 - 6 ft. Rectangular Tables (seats 8-10 guests) and is great for food, dessert, drinks, gifts etc.

  • 150 - Fruitwood Chiavari Chairs (indoor use only)

  • Set-up and breakdown

  • Catering kitchen with prep area, refrigerator, extra freezer, sink and separate entrance

  • Multi-use Restrooms for vendors and guests

  • Outdoor grounds

Cleaning Fee

$100 - $150

A cleaning fee applies for all events and depends on the type of event and the number of guests.

  •  120" Round Tablecloth Linens - $10 per linen

  •  60 x 120" Rectangular Tablecloth Linen - $10 per linen

  •  90 x 132" Rectangular Tablecloth Linen - $12 per linen

  • Speciality tablecloth linens available as well - $18 - $55
