Our ballroom can seat up to 150 guests, depending on the style and layout. If your interested in booking but want to see if our space will work for your event, come see it for yourself.


Willow Creek Mansion can help bring to life: anniversary gatherings, birthday celebrations, baby or bridal showers, conferences, graduation or holiday parties, along with weddings or professional trainings.


Our event price is based on a four (4) hour minimum - $295 

with the option to purchase additional hours by the hour,  $90 per hour. This time should include any additional setup/decorating you would like done to the space as well as teardown/cleanup of your personal items. If  the event goes over the rental time, the cost is $150 per hour, no exceptions.

 Included with all events:

  • 10 - 60" Round Tables (seats 8-10 guests)

  • 12 - 6 ft. Rectangular Tables (seats 8-10 guests) and is great for food, dessert, drinks, gifts etc.

  • 150 - Fruitwood Chiavari Chairs (indoor use only)

  • Set-up and breakdown

  • Catering kitchen with prep area, refrigerator, extra freezer, sink and separate entrance

  • Multi-use Restrooms for vendors and guests

  • Outdoor grounds

  •  90" Round Linen (Black ONLY) - $8 per linen

  •  120" Round Linens - $10 per linen

  •  60 x 120" Rectangular Linen - $10 per linen

  •  90 x 132" Rectangular Linen - $12 per linen

  • Speciality linens available as well - $18 - $28

  • Please inquire for select colors along with availability. We do not guarantee availability on linens unless you have pre-paid in advance.

 All events serving any type of alcoholic beverages must use Tulsa Platinum Staffing or served through one of the approved Catering Services only



NOTE: A $100 - $150 cleaning fee applies for all events and depends on the type of event and the number of guests. Any events that wish to be scheduled on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday can only be booked 3 months in advance. 

Did you know...

- If serving any type of alcoholic beverages, you must use Tulsa Platinum Staffing, unless other arrangements have been made with Willow Creek Mansion staff.

- A security guard may be requested to be present during the scheduled event by Willow Creek Mansion, depending on the type of alcohol being served.

- No glitter or confetti of any kind can be used at anytime inside or outside of the building premisses.

-  All deposits and money paid is non-refundable.


- Willow Creek Mansion requires a 50% security deposit to secure the date you want with a signed contract. The deposit is due and payable upon booking. The remaining balance along with the refundable damage deposit, is due 1 week prior to the event.

- We do provide discounts for; law enforcement officers, firefighters and

military families. Please inquire for a discount.

- A holiday fee of 20% will be applied for all events booked on major holidays.          

No exceptions.


- Willow Creek Mansion accepts cash, checks (payable to Willow Creek Mansion) and all major credit cards.

- Trash cans as well as trash bags are provided for you and your guests convenience, so please make sure all trash is thrown away before leaving and that all trash bags are placed in designated area.

This is a beautiful venue and Cortney was wonderful to work with. Every detail was perfected. I have no reservations recommending Willow Creek Mansion.
