Willow Creek Mansion requires a four (4)-hour minimum for all events, with the option to purchase additional hours on an hourly basis. No early access is permitted.

 

​This time should include any additional setup/decorating you would like done to the space as well as teardown/cleanup of your personal items.  

 

Events are able to be scheduled Monday through Sunday.

Please note: Events can only be scheduled up to three months in advance of the desired event date.

Pricing does not include the cleaning fee, damage deposit or Security Officer.

  • 10 - 60" Round tables 

  • 12 - 6 ft. Rectangular tables

  • 125 - Fruitwood Chiavari Chairs (indoor use only)

  • Set-up

  • Prep catering kitchen with refrigerator, extra freezer, sink and separate entrance

  • Multi-use restrooms for vendors and guests

  • Outdoor grounds
