Willow's Package

Friday & Saturday +

Day-of Coordinator

​

$6,600

Our two day package allows couples to the property for 8hrs. on Friday for early decorating/setup, guarantees rehearsal Friday evening for family and/or friends coming from out of town, catering in rehearsal dinner, 12hrs. on Saturday for the wedding and includes our "Day-of" Coordinators services.

March - November 

Packages include:

  • Access to the mansion, grounds and ballroom for 12 hours 11am - 11pm.

  • Bridal Suite with lounge and makeup area for bride & bridesmaids

  • Groom chambers and pool room lounge with pool table for groom & groomsmen to hangout

  • 125 Fruitwood Charivari Chairs (indoor use only)

  • 10 - 60" Round tables

  • 12 - 6ft. Rectangular tables

  • 2 - 8ft Rectangular tables

  • 5 - hightop/bistro tables

  • Set-up and tear down for the inside table & chairs

  • Portable Bar

  • Specialty lighting inside the ballroom

  • Large JBL professional portable sound system for inside or outside

  • Use of the property for rehearsal (restrictions apply)​

  • Catering kitchen

  • Multi-use restrooms for guests and vendor

Friday's - Blanche Package

Sunday's - bobby jo Package

Extra options: 

Additional walk throughs/tours are $50 per visit.

Detailed meeting with a WCM staff member is $75.

The mansion is meant for the privacy of the bridal party & family members only.

Not included in pricing is a Cleaning Fee, Damage Deposit and Security Officer.
