Submitting the form will temporarily place your requested date on our calendar so we know not to offer it to another client while we prepare your contract and invoice for the 50% retainer fee.
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive these documents. If the form is submitted over the weekend, your contract and invoice will be sent on Monday.

Event

Willow Creek Mansion requires a four (4)-hour minimum for all events, with the option to purchase additional hours on an hourly basis. No early access is permitted.
This time should include any additional setup/decorating you would like done to the space as well as teardown/cleanup of your personal items.
Please note: Events can only be scheduled up to three (3) months in advance of the desired event date.
Reception Only

A minimum of six (6) hours is required for all wedding receptions at Willow Creek Mansion. Additional time may be purchased in hourly increments, subject to availability.
The reserved time must include all setup, decorating, teardown, and cleanup of personal items.
Please note: The Reception Only package can only be scheduled up to four (4) month in advance of the desired event date.
